The Stardust series takes the viewer into multi-layered and abstract worlds. The organic, dark, swirling forms, reminiscent of cosmic landscapes and microscopic organisms, extend across the picture surface. The works are characterized by a unique depth and a subtle tension between order and chaos. Behind these works lies a complex process that Andreas has been developing for two years. The targeted application of a chemical cocktail to light-sensitive paper, so-called chemigrams, creates these unique, sometimes unpredictable structures.
